The man

I installed US Cartool subframe connectors in both my 1970 e-body hardtop and my 1968 a-body convertible. The accuracy of fit, ease of installation and ruggedness of desing were all excellent. Yes, I had to spend about an hour rough grinding some highspots on the connectors for a better fit, and once in place I used some paint to seal and some undercoating to blend in with my original undercar finish. They look like they were installed at the factory.
